A deep musical journey filled with intimate experiences. It can be sensed throughout the whole FACE II EP by AMAS. THE VOID, its first track, has several ups and downs, and when you’d think it’s over, another explosion of beautiful, emotional sounds continues this sensitive story. THE VOID was actually envisioned as a poem about being lost.

In THE GHOST, the artist describes “bright noises” that appear and then disappear from its room. Just like some unidentified shadows from a recent past. “And then suddenly, just like out of nowhere… he just, he just disappeared”.

THE MOON, the third chapter of FACE II EP, evokes a magical nocturnal trip, The artist is merging with the Moon while diving through the night. On this deep musical road, there are “no sorrows and no pain, it’s all gone”.

THE DAWN is the last chapter of this beautiful story: “The sun is kissing my face, I love to live, I feel sound and space”. It’s a stanza from the poem with the same name, about how we all seek harmony and connection.

THE FACE II EP is a continuation of the Faces EP series, first released in October 2022. It also has a literary fixed point as a basis, from Franz Kafka’s Die Verwandlung.
